The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South, in Room 205, at 7:00 p.m., on the following application:
Application #11055 – Jeff and Stacie Hebert, Owner/Applicant – Applying for a Variance relating to Section 3.3.2 of the zoning regulations to construct an accessory apartment with garage-under as an addition to an existing barn, which is detached from the single family dwelling, on property located at 216 Burr Road.
At this hearing, interested persons can appear and be heard. Written communications will also be received. Masks and social distancing is required. There is limited socially distanced seating for public meetings.
