At the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED unanimously to approve Special Exception & Site Plan Applications – Martin’s Aluminum Products, LLC (Tim Osborn) for two storage buildings at 1100 Main Street South; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to pass unanimously a favorable response to the Zoning Commission Referral – Petition to amend Zoning Regulations, Section 7.3.4 c – Pierce Hollow Village, South Britain Road; subject to modifications.
VOTED to pass unanimously to approve a 90-Day Extension – Resubdivision of Lot 15R, Burr Farm Estates; subject to administrative requirements.
