The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 5th, 2019 in the Southbury Town Hall located at 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00p.m. for the following applications:

Corrigan Motors Company, Inc. - Applying for Approval of Location for a Motor Vehicle Sales or Repairing Business required by Sections 14.51 through 14.57 of Chapter 246, Title 14 of General Statutes, for property owned by Oak Tree Southbury LLC. located at Depot Hill and Bullet Hill Road, Zone B-2E.
- Application #10637: 1349 Southford Road LLC. - Applying for Approval of Location for a Limited Repairer’s License as required by Sections 14.51 through 14.57 of Chapter 246, Title 14 of General Statutes, for property owned by Southford Property, LLC. located at 1349 Southford Road, Zone B-1A.
