At the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:
VOTED to approve Special Exception & Site Plan – (PDU#14) Affordable Housing under Section 8-30g for 14 apartment units, 390 Roxbury Road; subject to modifications and administrative requirements.
VOTED to pass unanimously a favorable response to the Zoning Commission Referral #2 – PDD#18 Southbury Plaza, 74 additional parking spaces; subject to administrative requirements.
VOTED to pass unanimously a Bond Release for Fire Water Storage Tank, Georges Hill Estates, Shane Drive; subject to administrative requirements.
