Food Court, Music, Vendors from 4:30 to 8:30pm. Southbury Police, Fire and Ambulance personnel and equipment will be on-site providing public safety information. FIREWORKS approximately at 7:45pm!!! Food trucks, commercial food vendors, community groups and organizations that want to participate in the Southbury Celebration as food vendors are encouraged to immediately apply since only a limited number of spaces are available.
