"Home of the Brave" is about the German American Bund planning to build the largest training camp in the United States in Southbury in 1937. When locals realized the intent of the Bund was to promote the anti-Semitic policies of the Nazis they protested and prevented the building of the camp.

"Honoring the Brave" is about the Southbury residents' reaction to the original film.

The program also includes a brief report about the US Holocaust Memorial Museum exhibit on Southbury opposing the German American Bund.
