The first, focused on “Marketing for Small Business”, will be held on January 17 from 12:00pm to 1:15pm in room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall, located at 501 Main Street South.

A panel of area marketing professionals and small business owners will present a ‘real world’ perspective on overall marketing strategy, storytelling, and effective messaging across print, digital and social media. The panel includes Kathy Gugliotti, SVP, Marketing Director for Newtown Savings Bank, Robyn Greenspan, Owner of StoryCraft.com, Danielle Noel Hawthorne, Publisher of Southbury Neighbors magazine, Charlie Berger, Owner of Chatfield True Value, and David Buck, Owner of Guardians Farm. Southbury Economic Development Director, Kevin Bielmeier, will serve as moderator.

The seminar is free with registration and includes lunch provided by The Local Gourmet, compliments of Newtown Savings Bank. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.
