4/26/2023 - Events at Spring Open House on May 13, 2023

The Southbury Public Library is announcing plans for a Spring Open House on Saturday, May 13, 2023. Celebrate the season at your local library. Open House Make or Take Craft (All Ages)
All Day, Upstairs, No Registration Required

Drop-In Upcycled Book Crafts (Teens & Adults)
11:00am-1:00pm, Brown Room, No Registration Required

Flower Arranging with the Southbury Garden Club (Ages 7 & Up)
11:30am-1:00pm, Kingsley Room, Registration Required - Space Limited
Celebrate Spring with a festive bouquet! Join the Southbury Garden Club for a lesson in flower arranging. Each participant will leave with a beautiful floral arrangement in a vase. The Titanic: A Date with Destiny (Adults & Families)
2:00-3:30pm, Kingsley Room, Registration Required
Was it destiny or bad luck and misfortune that sank the Titanic? Join John Cilio as he tells us stories from Titanic’s construction, preparations for sailing, and its crew and passengers.
