Hands-On Genealogy Workshop:
Learn How to Use "Find a Grave" Website

Join Marian Wood for a hands-on workshop on how to use the free website FindAGrave.com on Tuesday, January 24th at 3pm in the Kingsley B meeting room. This helpful site can help you locate where ancestors are buried, search for other relatives buried nearby, request photos of a grave, make local contacts for additional genealogical research, and check relationships among ancestors listed on the site.

Space is limited to 10 participants. Participants must have basic computer and internet skills and may bring their own laptops.

Marian Wood is a professional author and a frequent speaker at genealogy clubs around Connecticut and New York, making presentations on topics such as Jewish genealogy, online genealogy research, and organizing family history materials. Her latest book is "Planning a Future for Your Family's Past."

Registration is required. Please call the library at 203-262-0626 ext. 130.
