The Planning Commission of the Town of Southbury will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South at 7:00 p.m. in Room 205 for the following application:
Application of NALU Holding, LLC for approval of a Special Exception for a Planned Development Unit – 4 Apartment Units to be located on 390 Roxbury Road, Map 27, Block 40, Lot 18A, Zone R-60.
The Architectural Plans entitled The Meadows “Four-Two Bedroom Townhouses” 390 Roxbury Road Southbury, Connecticut 06488 (4 sheets) prepared by Bennett Sullivan Associates dated December 2017, and Engineering Plans entitled “The Meadows” prepared by Stuart Somers Company LLC dated January 8, 2018 are available for inspection in the Planning Office.
The land is bounded on the North by land N/F Michael Urban; on the North East by land N/F Gerald T. & Jane F. Ciccone; on the East by land N/F Francis Matula; on the South by land N/F Joseph E. & Joanna L. Diaz, by Roxbury Road (Rt. 67) and on the West by land N/F Pamela A. Devino.
At this hearing interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
