1/19/2018 - Planning Commission: Actions Taken at Meeting on January 16, 2018

At the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification – Cooler Addition – Main Street Deli, 56 Main Street South, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to recommend the sale of land to Fernandes, Berkshire Estates (Map 19A, Block 45 Lots 1, 2 & 65, 66; Block 48 Lots 64-68; Block 49 Lots 69-74 and Block 59 Lots 46-54) to the Board of Selectmen, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to recommend to the Board of Selectmen acceptance of the donation of property from Loisann Huntley – Map 20A, Block 16, Lots 12-14 located on Putatuck Trail, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve a 90-Day Extension – Resubdivision of Lot 15, Burr Farm Estates, subject to administrative requirements.
