Application #10277 David B. Mentgen owner/applicant – Applying for a Variance of Section 4.7 and Schedule B Line 7.2 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum street line setback of Middle Road (30 feet) so as to permit construction of a two-car garage with attached lean-to (storage area), 8.5 feet from the street line for property located at 636 South Britain Road, Zone R-20.
Application #10289 Jennifer & Harry H. Stone III owner/applicant – Applying for a Variance of Section 4.7 and Schedule B Line 8 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum property line setback (20 feet) so as to permit construction of an addition to an existing dwelling 15.2 feet from the property line for property located at 70 Pine Hill Road, Zone R-30.
Application #10286 Calvary Church of Southbury/applicant and Mark & Patricia Zakrewski/owners – Applying for a Special Exception & Site Plan under Schedule A Part B (Line B-3.1) of the zoning regulations for a change of use to a Religious Assembly Use for property located at 354 Kettletown Road, Zone R-60.
