DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following actions at the July 17, 2017 special meeting:
DENIED – Application #10246 Linda Ruddy/owner & Matthew Jennings/applicant for a Variance to construct a two car garage 22 feet from the property line setback of 30 feet for property located at 52 Silver Beech Road, Zone R-60.
APPROVED – Application #10249 Nicole Mendelson/owner & applicant for Variance of Schedule B, Line 7.2 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum street line setback from East Flat Hill Road (50 feet) so as to permit an addition of a second level loft and half bath (dormer) altering the roofline 35.7 feet from the front street line setback for property located at 419 East Flat Hill Road, Zone R-80; subject to a filing fee payable to
