DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at the May 2, 2017 meeting:
APPROVED Application #10186 Sacred Heart Church/owner & Bennett Sullivan Associates/ applicant for Special Exception and Site Plan Modification under Schedule A, Part B Line B-3.1 and Section 10.11.1 of the Zoning Regulations to install a site ground sign at the church’s South Britain Road entrance 10 ft. within the street line setback of 40 ft., and also to install three additional building signs for property located at 910 Main Street South, Zone R-30; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the Special Exception to become effective on the land records.
