PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Southbury Town Hall, 501 Main Street South in Room 205 at 7:00 p.m. on the following application:
Application #10157 David & Cara Pittari/owner & Joana Jamo (JTJ Architects, LLC)/applicant – Applying for a Variance of Schedule B Line 7.2 of the zoning regulations relating to the minimum street line setback from East Flat Hill Road (50 feet) so as to permit a three bedroom addition with attached two car garage to an existing non-conforming dwelling 45.7 feet from the front street line setback for property located at 290 East Flat Hill Road, Zone R-60.
At these hearings interested persons can appear and be heard and written communications will be received.
