DECISION OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
The Southbury Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action at the February 7, 2017 meeting:
APPROVED – Application #10107 Southbury Real Estate Group LLC /owner & applicant for the Lutheran Home of Southbury for Special Exception & Site Plan modification under Schedule A, Part B (Line B-7) of the zoning regulations to create a vehicular travel exit from the existing parley parking area to Dublin Hill Road; install seven (7) decorative light posts in the new parking area and four (4) path lights and eleven (11) up lights for the property located at 990 Main Street North, Zone R-60; subject to a filing fee payable to the Office of the Town Clerk for the Special Exception to become effective on the land records.
