At their regular meeting of November 15, 2016, the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to approve Special Exception & Site Plan – Wheels Gas Station, Convenience Store & Restaurant, 1411 Southford Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Site Plan Modification – Signage – Urgent Care, 900 Main Street South, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Board of Appeals – Lutheran Home of Southbury, 990 Main Street North, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve a 90 Day Extension – Resubdivision Orchard Hill 6RA – West Purchase Road, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve a 90 Day Extension – Resubdivision Burr Farm Estates Lots 1/2/6 & 9 – Burr Road, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Bond Release – Soil Erosion Control – Jeremy Woods, Jeremy Swamp Road, subject to administrative requirements.
