At their meeting of September 20, 2016 the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED approve Resubdivision Burr Farm Estates Lots 1/2/6 & 9 – Burr Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to forward a favorable response to the Zoning Board of Appeals – St. James Lutheran Church, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Lot Line Revision – Rutledge – H2B & H4 Hinman Estates – 530 Main Street North & 150 Hinman Lane, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve Lot Line Revision – Lot 3 Chestnut Tree Estates & Lot 5B Worthing Estates, Beecher Drive, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to approve a 5-Year Extension to expire on December 11, 2021 for Special Exception & Site Development - 900 Main Street South, subject to administrative requirements.
