The Southbury Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., in Room 205 of the Southbury Town Hall.

The land is bounded on the north by land N/F Paul E. Scarlett & Paula Andrea Kimmer; on the east by Strongtown Road (State Hwy 188); on the southeast by land N/F Baldwin Realty, LLC; on the south by Southford Road (State Hwy 67) and on the west by land N/F Southford Associates.
