The Southbury Inland Wetlands Commission took the following actions at its regular meeting on July 12, 2016 at Southbury Town Hall.
Having considered the factors and circumstances set forth in Section 7.5 of the regulations and having reviewed all information and reports received by the Commission regarding these applications, the following applications were approved.
Application #1597 990 Main Street North – Lutheran Home; Lutheran Home of Southbury, applicant; approval consists of temporary disturbance within the 50’ upland review area for trenching for electric and gas service in support of installation of new on-site sewage disposal system, with conditions.
Application #1598 19 Homestead Road; Vincent Sinopoli of Sinopoli Contractors, Inc., applicant; approval consists of removal of 90 cubic yards of sediment from an existing pond; general slope stabilization and removal of accumulated brush and debris, with conditions.
Application #1599 Burr Farm Estates – Resubdivision of Lots 1/2/6 and Lot 9; Burr Road; BH Tappe Non Exempt Trust, applicant; approval consists of resubdivision of lots with associated developmental activities, with conditions.
Application #1600 Orchard Hill – Resubdivision of Lot 6RA; West Purchase Road; Marie Ludorf, applicant; approval consists of resubdivision and development of lots for single family dwellings, with conditions.
