At their regular meeting of May 17, 2016, the Southbury Planning Commission took the following actions:

VOTED to Approve Site Plan Modification for a Shed - Shell Gas Station – 121 Main Street North, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to recommend to the Board of Selectmen Denial of the Request to Acquire Town-Owned Property – Right-of-Way – Shane Drive, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to Approve Bond Reduction – 376 Jeremy Swamp Road, subject to administrative requirements.

VOTED to Approve Lot Line Revision – Meadow Lake Estates Lots M6B & M7 – 1011 West Purchase Road, subject to modifications and administrative requirements.

VOTED to Grant a 4-Year Extension to satisfy the conditions of Approval – Meadow Lake Estates – West Purchase Road, subject to administrative requirements.
