Guest speaker Daniel George, Cheese Maker and Cheese Monger (yes, there is a difference) of Cato Corner Farms in Colchester will discuss everything from the cows, to the cheese making process, affinage, and how to put together the perfect cheese plate!

Admission is $15 for non-members and $10 for members and includes the cheese with paired wine samples. Reservations are required by March 3 and there is a limit of 35 participants.
