DECISIONS OF THE ZONING COMMISSION

The following decisions were made at the Wednesday, October 10, 2012 meeting of the Southbury Zoning Commission:

APPROVED – Application #8816 Willow Creek Farm PDD#19, (Amendment #8) for modification of the detailed plan thereby allowing the use of lights around an existing outdoor riding ring.

APPROVED – Petition amending the Zoning Regulation text under Schedule A Line B-11, Section 1.7 and Section 6.8 allowing the use of adult day care centers within the Town of Southbury. A copy of the approved text is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
