How to check the status of the request

Our online Citizen Request form can be used to enter new requests and to check on the status of requests previously entered.

To check the status of a request you have entered previously, click on the Check Request button below. On the page with the form enter the Request ID Number that was provided when you initially submitted the request and press the Check Request button.

The status of the Citizen Request will be displayed on the screen with current information. When done, select the Go Back to the Homepage to return to Public Works page.
