Ballantine Park Pavilion

The pavilion at Ballantine Park on Old Field Road is seasonally available to rent from March until the end of September for a variety of events. The open air facility includes picnic seating for 120 guests, parking for 40 vacancies, and an interior kitchen containing a small freezer, commercial size refrigerator, gas burners, restrooms and sink. For additional costs we also offer a 5ft propane grill which is available upon request.

Reservations for town residents will be accepted beginning the first Monday in March and for non-residents the date is the first Monday in April. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation, as well as a certificate of insurance. The certificate of insurance is for bodily harm/property damage with the "Town of Southbury is additionally insured" in the amount of $1,000,000 is required before the date of the event.
