The SOLAR System

Below are the instructions for registering for the Town of Southbury's Parks & Recreation On Line Activities Registration System (The SOLAR System).  You may want to print the instructions.

Activities Registration Instructions:

1. First time users please read the following instructions before proceeding to the registration process.
2. Click on The SOLAR System powered by WebTrac at the bottom of the each SOLAR System page to access the registration process.
3. You are now on a Secure server.  Enter your Username and Password.  You will be instructed to change your password the first time that you Log in.
4. To find an activity to register for, go to Quick Links and make your selection and follow the prompts.
5. Once you find an activity you would like to sign up for, click on the Activity name, and press the Enroll Now button.
6. Click the Add to Cart button.
7. Read the disclaimer and choose Yes, I agree.
8. Now the SOLAR System, powered by WebTrac will display 3 boxes.  You may continue shopping, view cart or check out.
9. After you have completed your shopping, press check out you will be on the Summary of Charges page.  Important:  Select credit card type (MasterCard or Visa).  Click Continue.  Please note, after you click Continue, you will be on a PlugNPay Technology secure server where your payment details will be completed.  You will not be able to go back until the credit card is processed. 
10. Review your billing information and click on the Submit Payment button to begin the payment authorization process.  
11. An email confirmation will be sent to you.
